1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible, the shaker bottle or accessory must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (for example, opened drinkware parts that cannot be resold). If unsure, contact us before starting a return.

4. Start a Return

Email us at 2365168379a@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We will send return instructions after approval. Please do not send items back without authorization.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your shaker bottle arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can help with a replacement or refund.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we inspect the return. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
